SVP EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND SUPPLY COMPANY LIMITED was formed as a joint venture between SVP Oilfield Services Limited and Oilfield Services and Supplies Pte Ltd. (Singapore) in August 2001, between Srisak Visitpong and Peter SK Ong. The main objectives of the company are to better serve our customers’ need in response to the projected drilling activities that are coming up in Thailand. Srisak Visitpong has been serving in the Oil and Gas industries for the past 30 Years with amicable credential regionally and especially so in Thailand. He has got an all-rounder experience in the Oil and Gas industries, which stretches from logistic support to completion for all the different stages of drilling operation. Srisak SVS Oilfield Services Limited in Thailand has served many MNC customers like Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Smith Services, Chevron and many other local establishments with pride and full customer satisfaction. MM Logistic Co., Ltd which is wholly owned by Srisak Visitpong is accredited ISOQAR and the company can provide complete logistic support both locally and regionally.

Peter SK Ong has been serving in the Oil and Gas industries for the past 30 years. He started working for Shell Brunei in the offshore construction of drilling and production platforms for 3 years. Upon completion of Shell contract, he worked in the petrol chemical plant in Pulau Ayer Merbau in Singapore. He spent 3 ½ years working for Global Marine Drilling Company in Singapore on the construction of the drill ship, Glomar Robert F Bauer. He joined Christensen Diamond Company as a quality assurance engineer in the bit manufacturing plant in Singapore. He spent 15 years with Baker Hughes Inteq in the drilling system department in Singapore with vast experience in Mud motor technology and drilling tool service and repair. His last assignment with Baker Hughes was in BHEPS in Myanmar as a Cost / Logistic manager. Presently he is the Director of Oilfield Services and Supplies Pte Ltd in Singapore. OSS specialized in all the different type of hard facing repair on stabilizer and drilling mud motor parts in Singapore. in August 2001 with the upfront of equipment investment cost nearing US$ 200,000. We are committed to service all our customers in Thailand with impeccable services, safety consciousness and most importantly, quality being top on our list. The stabilizer rental offers our customers the best possible solution to their need in Thailand by eliminating costly inventory on dumb iron parts. We are more then willing to work with our customers in their technical requirement for this equipment if given the opportunity. Our technical expertise in wear resistance on drilling parts will help our customers to save considerable operational cost.

Repairing of Stabilizer and Milling Tools

We perform incoming and final outgoing inspection on all stabilizers and equipment that come to out repair shop prior to the actual repairing.

1.    Our repairing machinery is a state-of-the-art.

2.    Our consulting practice will address these specialized areas:

o    Hardfacing with Amaloy (Crushed carbide) HF 1000

o    Hardfacing with Geo Thermal (Crushed carbide with Trapizoidal insert) HF 2000

o    Hardfacing with T2A (Tungsten carbide insert set in a powder spray deposit) HF 3000

 

o    Hardfacing with Techno Gina (Fused tungsten carbide in nickle chrome boron matrix) HF 5000

 

3.    All stabilizer hardfacing will be ground to a tolerance of 0.015” below to the required size as specified by our customer.

 

 

 

Drilling tools service and repair:

 

The team of well trained and mechanically inclined employee of SVP Ltd coupled with the availability of the Break Out unit in our workshop, we are able to supplement urgent need of our customers to service tools on their behalf. Our employees are familiar with servicing of down hole motors, coring tools, fishing jars and bumper sub independently. We are more then willing to be trained by our customer’s trainer so that their tool maintaining standard can be upheld.

 

Steel fabrication and specialized welding

 

We are able to manufacture offshore basket with full certification by the relevant authorities. We can provide services to convert manual elevator and spider to pneumatic operated type in Songkhla Thailand workshop. This method will save considerable cost in modifying old existing handling tool equipment in Thailand.
